The serial# (G1235510) (Studebaker used capitol letter I for numeral 1 in their serial numbers) tells me this is a 53 Champion built in South Bend Indiana.
14G = 1953 Champion
W5 = Regal trimmed 4-door sedan
11163 Body tub number used to track that particular body.
