    Getting ready to put my body back on the frame. Anyone have any idea's on what to use to replace the orignal rubber looking cushions that go between the body and frame?(mine are pretty wore out) I can not find where you can buy new ones. thanks

    What they used were cut up sections of bias ply sidewalls! I have a few "NOS" ones here. How many you need?

      Thnaks for the offer but I am going to try to make my own since I am going to replace all of them (I think there are 12, 4 rear,4 front,4 side rails). Thanks again.

        After looking mine over very close, the best replacement I came up with was tractor truck mudflap!
        Go down to tractor supply and pick out a mudflap. Very heavy rubber product full of cords. Pretty similar to the original and thankfully they are flat. I consider trying from an old tire, but the cross section varies too much.
        I'm very happy with how the mudflap worked out.

            SI sells them but I've cut them from tire sidewalls, mudflaps and conveyer belts.
