We are in process of restoration one 1954 commander changing wheels from stock to ENKEI 5X114.3 17X7 QUESTION: NEED LUG NUTS TO FIT
L.H. OR should we just change the studs to all R.H.[?]

Changing the studs to RH might be the best way to go.

If he changes the lug nuts to right hand threads, will he be put in the custom class at SDC shows?

Ya know, if the judges don't notice the 17" wheels, he just might get away with the RH lug studs![][}]

Enkei wheels may require "tuner" style lug nuts depending on the wheel model (use a bigass Allen wrench instead of a socket) in which case you may have to go with RH studs.

ON THE ENKIE 17X114.3 THEY DID REQUIRE TUNER STYLE LUGS
AND THE COMMANDER HAS 1/2 INCH STUDS SO IT LOOKS LIKE
1/2 THIN TUNERS WILL WORK SPINDLE STYLE.
