    Can any one help me locate a supplier for piston rings for my 28 commander, engine 6 cyl std .GB code.

      I do not know about the availability of piston rings for that engine. One great source for hard-to-find ring sets for many years was Paul Weaver. Unfortunately he passed away last year, and I am not sure of the current status of his business. You might contact this friend of his and inquire: http://www.olsonsgaskets.com/
