61 Delco Distributor Vacumn Advance

Finished tuning up the V-8 259. Only ignition problem remaining is the vacumn advance does not move the timing. Anyone know the correct Napa or other store number for the advance unit. This is the Delco window style adjust for points distributor. Thanks.
