When ordering parts with a core charge attached, how long should you waite for the credit to be issued, after having returned the cores. Not wanting to be a ----, is 4 weeks about the right waiting time? Thanks for the insight? I have been charged $325, on core charges, and with a parts return on king pins, I have some money outstanding. Its over 4 wks. I have ordered a total of $4,474.28 from the same Avanti supplier, what's reasonable?

Ten days to two weeks seems reasonable. Has he reseived the returned core?[xx(]

I'd be asking where my core refund was by now.[}]

With an order that size it's possible that something did'nt get entered into their computer. Call them back. It never hurts to ask. Just keep in mind that It's probably an unintentional oversight and try to keep the kettle from going to boil. Remember, patience is a virtue. Not always easy though...[:I]

By the by, four weeks is way past time to start asking, and time to be concerned.
