    If the glass in question is safety glass, this could be a sticky wicket. The problem lies inbetween the layers of glass. There is a plastic layer that is what prevents the shards from flying around. If your truck has this glass you will notice little bubbles around the edge of the windows. If the back window is flat, any glazier could replace it. For that matter many car glaziers will come to your house and do the job for no extra cost. Being that the window is (to my memory) flat that should be not a very expensive house-call.

    Replacement glass

    My 53 C cab needs a new rear window. What are my options and what should I expect to pay? There is one on eBay but the bidding has gone over $50.

    Has anyone ever cut their own flat glass? I have some old vw deck lid windows to practice on.
