  • 1962 Lark Steering Wheel

The lights are done!! Moved onto the horns.
Installed High and Low horn, replaced the broken relay. and have both horns working when providing a positive to the relay.
I believe to have identified the wire that comes from the steering wheel (white) It does not have power.
    My question is,
Is there another link (like a horn switch)?
how am I supposed to remove the horn button in order to verify its working condition?
    again, thank you in advance,

I can't safely answer the other questions; but for removing the horn button, you have to gently and evenly pry it up. You want something thin and strong, like maybe a knife edge if you are careful. It is only held in by a rubber O ring. Right under it is the horn button assembly.

Of course it does not have power, it just provides a ground for the relay when you press the horn button.

You can test the horn ground circuit by connecting a 12V test light to the + batt. Terminal (or power at Ign switch) and the other lead to the White wire coming out of the steering column, when pressing the horn button you will get a light if it's good. [^]
