    The ABS sounds good if I can find it. South Grand is not too far away so we can check there too. Checked one place today but they handle mostly furniture stuff. Thanks all.

      Depending on size, you could order it from McMaster Carr. A great place with a great search engine to find what you are looking for.

      I found a 24x 48 piece of 1/8" ABS @ $44.44 plus shipping.

              Get the correct sizes of galvanized six inch pipe. Cut pipe in half or put a pipe cap on one end, grind the threaded end on an angle to form a cutting edge. Use hammer and a block of wood to punch out holes in door panel foundation board.
