  • Direction of water flow

Can some one tell me the flow direction from the water pump manifold to the heater shut-off valve. Also to the heater. From whitch manifold outlet goes to the heater and whitch goes to the valve? [8]
I feel the P.O. may have reversed hoses at the heater core. '56 Power Hawk.
May be dumb question, but thanks, I don't want to do this over.

The outlet on the top, right leg of the water pump manifold goes to the outer (crooked) nipple of the valve. The straight nipple of the valve leads to the heater core and the other hose from the heater core goes to the inlet nipple that's mounted more to the central body of the WP manifold. Make sense?[:I]

Thanks, Bob. Yea makes sense. My valve has a Y on one nipple that goes to the defroster. Is that the one you call crooked?[:I]
