Need help with door handle

I have a door handle part # 1312641. What years and models does this go to?

Vendor or not,I think this is a one time deal ! I beleive the parts,and also a lark were his Father's.and he is trying to move some items and may not have books to help himself,so here he is,(FINE BY ME)

If you're referring to my post, I only meant that the '57 handle number was different than the one he posted. I know it was good for many other applications.
