    for a quick 'n' dirty "fix" you could try putting your hand (in a leather glove) over the choke horn and revving the engine, will (hopefully) suck any debris out of the passages due to the high vacuum. Leather glove is in case the engine backfires when you do this...

    Remove the idle mixture screw that is not working and squirt some carb cleaner in the hole. Put it back in and try it. Start with the screw about three turns out. If that's clogged, your acc pump nozzles could be clogged too. Internal jets, too.
