    Seems like I remember two post OD cylinder too cause in the later ones they did not have the park windings but on the ones that I have the voltsge is stamped on the case.

    If you car is ugly then it better be fast.....

    It has a part # stamped on the end, And also, if
    it has 3 terminals it is a 12V

    Hi to all..my 50 Commander has been converted to 12 volt...I see that the under hood overdrive relay that takes the 20 amp fuse does not have a fuse in it. I presume that is because the overdrive solenoid is a 6 volt and has not been changed to 12 volt...I have not installed a fuse to see if the overdrive works as I was afraid to do damage to the solenoid with the 12 volt power if indeed it is still a 6 volt solenoid.
    How can I tell if it is a 6 or 12 volt solenoid..are their visual differences ?.thanks,John
