  • Ohm resistance for fuel sending unit

Does anyone know the ohm resistance for a fuel sending unit on a 1956 flight hawk?

Looked through my shop manual and didn't see and specs for the fuel sending unit. Anyone know where they are located if at all?

At the full tank setting, the resistance of a 12 volt sending unit should be around 75 ohms. The increase in resistance should be smooth with no blips in the resistance reading all of the way to the empty position. Bud
