  • Instrument lights in a 50 Champion

    Hi:
I'm trying to make the dash light up a little brighter in a '50 Champion. I realize the "glow in the dark" dash has probably faded a little after 59 years. I'm wondering if anyone knows of a 6 volt bulb that has more than 2 candlepower (that's what a number 55 which is the instrument panel light bulb for this car has) and will fit the hole in the instrument panel. The car is still using the 6 volt system.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Here's a fairly recent topic about that.
