  • Horn location on a '61 lark.

    Hello all,

I want to mount the low tone horn on my car, as it was not installed when I got it. I can see where the power clip for it is on the drivers side, but where is it bolted on? Thanks,

I *think* it goes on the inner fender below the battery hold down. There is a hole all the way through for the bolt and hold half way through that the little nub on the horn bracket seats into. Thats the way my Champ was and how my Lark was anyhow

that's where they are on a '62. not sure about a '61 but I assume it would be the same as they use the same fenders.

Thanks for the replies, I'll try to get out to install it tomorrow.
