Body / Glass: Seal screws

Hi everyone, I am putting my window regulators into my 4 door Daytona. On of the steps in the shop manual is to re seal the screw heads. What sound I use? Silicone?

RTV would probably work. Or a dab of good caulk. I usually don't bother since the only time the cars get wet is when I wash them and I use heavy plastic between the door and the door card.

Do you seal up the the entire door with heavy plastic or just the big holes?

I use 3M strip caulk. That way is its serviceable in the future. I would never use RTV or anything that hardens. 3M™ Strip-Calk | 3M United States
