It appears to be NLA. There are a lot of alternatives available. Try Summit

Check with Goodson Inc. they sell engine repair and machine shop tools. They should have something. I have a couple of their tools for removing springs in the car.

Is this for removing the springs with the heads on or off?

If removing springs w/ head on the car - The valves MUST be kept in place - Otherwise they will drop into the cylinder. The shop manual has a picture of a tool at the end of the chapter dealing with valve removal. I made one from that picture (plus the manual's pic's of it being used) it worked, but was difficult to use - probably a lack of my fabrication skills.

What engine are you working on, and is it still assembled or what? We could recommend the proper tool if we knew that. The number you quoted sounds more like a Lisle number. Or possibly a K-D patent number.
