    ... for an 57 Hawk is different than a 58? Can anyone post a pic of a 57 heater control valve? thx

    It is an Industry Standard RANCO Brand Automatic Control Valve, used on all '47 to '57 and a similar one, different Model used on '62 to '66.

    The Valve is Inside, it is a Rectangular small Box. The Hot Input and TO Heater Cores Hoses are here on the Firewall.

    A '57 has Two separate Tubes, side by side, & has 5/8" Hose.
