Transmission / Overdrive: OD troubleshooting

So need some help here...48 champion..new solenoid and new relay switch and OD still doesn't work. No idea what to do next. Any thoughts on which direction to look next?

With all due respect and and without trying to lecture, do you have a shop manual? There is a very easy to use diagnostic procedure in the shop manual.
