If you are serious about a bumper, I am helping a friend build his 41 coupe and I know he has a front bumper. If you e-mail me I will give you his e-mail address and you can talk directly to him.

I wasn't sure. But I have several photos of 41's and they looked like the same F and R. Thanks again. -=robert=-

The 1941 Champion bumpers are [u]not</u> interchangeable with any other Studebaker. The M5 truck bumper is the same as the 1940 Commander and President.

Thanks for the info Steve. I have combed the Net looking to no avail. The Chrysler is the closest thing to the real thing. I'll take a good rusty one and have it rechromed. I'm going to have to make my own brackets anyways.

Now is the rear just like the front or is it just curved?

Can you post a photo here of what it looks like. It has a Vee shape?

I have 2 original bumpers and 2 NOS bumpers that I got for my M series pickup. I am seriously thinking of selling the whole truck as parts. The M trucks used the same bumper as your Champion so I may have what you need.

    41 Champion bumper

Greetings to all here. I've been lurking around reading and reading and searching. I'm looking for a bumper (front) for my car. No one makes (repro) them and is looking grim finding a used one. I looked at 41 Chryslers and are similar but not quite. I thought about buying a old ford bumper and fabricating it into one. Any help would be appreciated.. -=robert=-
