Radiator question?

This one will probably be a slam dunk for you guys. Well, the radiator that is in my 63 Lark is #155340 that came out of a 64 Cruiser V/8 donor car. The one that I want to put in that has all its cooling fins is #1554341. Is it a V/8 radiator? The outlets look like the same size. Maybe a different a year, 65 or 66? Will it cool a 289? [:0]

Thanks Doug,
I'll have to put that one in soon. The old radiator runs too hot when I travel away from the coast. The start & stop traffic gets me. Usually have to turn on the heater and keep the engine reved up at stop lights in the summer.[xx(]
