3/16" flare nuts are used, UNLESS you are talking bigger trucks.

I need to know the fitting size so I can get some adapters for the AN lines I'm putting in. I'm far too lazy to get under my car right now to measure them! I'm trying to put together a web order tonight.

The ones I've put on my '55 Prez were 3/16 od tubing. Not sure what size the screw fittings were. The fittings came on the pre-made lines and fit perfectly into the places they were supposed to. Other fittings, I guess.

    Brake Line Fittings Question

Quick question - what is the size of the fitting on Studebaker brake lines, 3/16", 1/4"? I don't have one handy to measure.
