The Yellow/Red wire ('Q' wire in the diagram) runs from ignition switch terminal 'ACC' to the relay on top left of firewall in engine compartment. Somewhere along its path, I'm not sure where, it goes into a two-wire connector. Your Yellow/Red wire should have a 'bullet' terminal on one end that plugs into the two-wire connector.

Okay, one more question. Where on the ignition switch does the yellow/red wire go?

Per Service Letter 941, dealers had to have a 1956 Studebaker Shop Manual for these cars.
The '57 Clipper supplement to the 1956 Studebaker Shop Manual only covers items new to the Clipper that weren't previously found in the '56 Stude book which does have a power window section with several photos and a wiring diagram.
You can view the diagram here.......

Power window wiring for '57 Clipper?

Anyone have the schematic for the pw in a '57 Clipper? The body book only has a drawing that's not too specific. I think the wire from the circuit breaker on the kick panel goes to the right side (driver's side) of the relay. The middle wire goes to the hot side of the starter solenoid. What about the left side of the relay? I "assume" it goes to the voltage regulator, but which terminal, anyone know?
