I seem to remember somebody once on this forum had a T-cab truck with a 61 lark front grill panel on it. Does somebody still have those pictures? I'd be interested what was done to make it fit.

I guess that it is possible, but at first glance I think that it would be difficult.
It seems like a '61 front panel would fit the fenders just fine, but the hoods are different from '60 to '61. The hoods also mate up to different cowls ('60 vs. '61).

I had a '64 Champ 1/2-ton that had a '63 Lark front panel on it when I bought it. So, I don't know which hood it had, but everything fit fine. Only conflict was the quad headlight setup obstructed the air intake system used on Champs (like '59 and '60 Larks).
