What was the original carpet in a 1954 Land Cruiser. The body is Vista Green #2515 and the trim is 8024 green-112.

Mine has green but I think it was replaced. I think they all came with that funky brown kind like they had used for years.

It was very high quality sort of Corduroy Wool, brown not a loop or ordinary cut-pile carpet, if anyone would know or know where to get a close match it would be Phantom Interiors, Studebaker interior experts a long time Turning Wheels advertiser.

Certainly don't wanna tread on someone's toes here, but as I said, looks like the same old funky brown one they had used for years. This one is from my other '54 LC.

Granted, this one is 54 years old, so it won't look like Phantom's, but.....still pretty drab looking compared to the new stuff. In '55 they went to much nicer carpet.
