        We had a car in the shop that had a kill switch on it, Before starting, the brakes had to be applied, AND the left turn signal had to be on! It was a real PITA until we all got use to it!

          I use the toggle switch trick. Many cars have accessory switches mounted, but not marked as to their use. Could be for anything, including interupting a circuit.

              My 50s truck has a dome light with a togglle switch on it, for using the light when inside the truck. I converted this switch to interrupt the neg. coil wire....since it is behind the driver's head, just above the rear window, it attracts little attention.
