I have a new Hurst in my 54 Coupe and it installed without any tweaking at all. Bought it from Summit Racing. $249 IIRC. If you need pix of the linkage, let me know. I have an old Hurst just removed from a T-10 sitting in the barn, linkage still attached.

I had bought a Hurst shifter on e-bay a few months ago & had one heck of a time to install it. I ended up going to the Hurst website & found I couldn't use the stude levers, but it gave me the part numbers I needed. Went to my local speed shop & got the proper levers & bingo, it was a done deal!! Such a change from the B-W shifter that came on studes!! If my memory is correct, its the same shifter used on 57 chevy's w/ t-10's.

P.S. the e-bay shifter didnt come with levers. only the shifter & rods, but it was from a stude.
