Torque Converter needs to be repaired

  • Clutch / Torque Converter: Torque Converter needs to be repaired

    The torque converter of my 1955 President is defect.
    Unfortunately here in Germany nor in the Netherlands or England there is no company who can repair the converter.

    So I'm looking for help.

    Is somebody here who knows a company who is able to repair the torque converter?

    These folks have been known to rebuild those TCs, or perhaps have one on the shelf to swap for a core.
    Worth checking out. East of Cincinnati, Ohio.

        If you need a torque converter for use with a DG250m automatic, I have a recently rebuilt one available done by a reputable rebuilder here in Wisconsin.

              It looks like you have a double hump cross member from a 56j golden hawk for dual exhaust.

                Bob, I think it is the fact that Martin has a Sedan, it is the C and K Body's that use the Crossmember with only ONE "Hump" for Exhaust on the Right.
                The Left Pipe has to go OVER, not Under the Crossmember.

                  As you can see in the parts catalogue, the 4-door Sedan (W) have the double hump cross member:
