    Thanks guys... The rusty Cruiser has one anchor in place while the other three locations have none. Fortunately the floor area where they are located remains in good shape and will suffice for the final ride...

    Every seat belt bolt I've ever removed from any american made car has been 7/16-20. They've all had a short unthreaded sholder near the head so the belt bracket is free to rotate on it after the bolt is tight. The bolts, in my '62 GT are 7/16-20.

    No, they are not 3/8” threads - they are 7/16” threads.
