I am about to install new pump and found a strange problem? Are all 5 bolts the same? When I removed the pump I found one bolt over an inch longer, about 2.5 inches long in the top left hole. This hole is quite a bit deeper and is the only one deep enough for this length bolt but is it correct? Can't find my shop manual and don't want to install a shorter bolt if the length is needed. Thanks

Thanks Studerich
I thought it rather odd one hole was deeper. I'm going to use new bolts to install the pump and wanted to be sure of the size. I did not realize there is a separate adapter between the pump and engine block, bet I would have been fighting a leak for sure.
I have an ragged old chassis catalog and a new one that was in the Land Cruiser when I bought it, both have gone into hiding.sigpic
