  • Body / Glass: 64 Cruiser emblem

On the C pillar of 64 Cruisers is a one piece louver/emblem. Before sending a customer's car off to be painted, I'd like to take it off. Anyone know offhand if it is held on with nuts or with clips? Really don't want to roll the headliner back to have a look!

They are held on by palnuts - so the lower part of the headliner must be carefully pulled up to remove.

Thanks for the info--saved me buying a $30 book for a car I don't own.

if there are no rust issues around the emblem just mask over it. that is of course unless you are doing a career paint job. jimmijim
