ID:	1759983 i have fuel coming out that hole every time i start it up is it clogged up inside? will try the one in the picture tomorrow its from the original engine i swapped out

    From the looks of the debris on the outside it may well be plugged up internally. However the hole itself can be plugged up with JB Weld once the area is cleaned and it will hold.

      Best I can tell from the pic that is a fuel pump. If ANY fuel is coming out of it, especially above the diaphragm, REPLACE or rebuild it. And, change your oil, it's likely leaking fuel into the crankcase too, this can cause serious problems.

        You have a bad diaphragm, rebuild or replace the pump. there are good repair kits out there and it aint rocket science. Luck Doofus

          That hole is the vent hole for the diaphragm... do NOT try plugging it! The diaphragm is shot. Fix it or buy a new or rebuilt one. You're pump is filling your crank case with gasoline...
