  • Frame/Springs: Lower control arm rubber bumper clearance

Does any know what should be the distance from the lower control arm rubber bumper to the bottom of the frame? Under load with new coil springs, my Avanti has about 1 3/4" clearance ... before the suspension bottoms out. If I need more, should I grind down the rubber?
    Thanks

If bumper is correct one, I would not worry adout it. Never actually measured but sounds about right.

Remember that 1 3/4" bumper clearance translates to much more than 1 3/4" suspension travel.
