It’s a reconditioned 92-97 Ford Crown Vic wheel, 15 x 6.5. The “lugnutguys” on EBay have everything BUT left hand nuts. They sell a set of 20, 10 left and 10 right, ($15), but not in the 13/16 hex size. I haven’t been able to find the Dorman 611-013 previously recommended.
