Did all the 56j have dual power antennas?

  • #2
    Huh?

Not aware of ANY 56Js that came with dual power antennas, ASSuming you are talking about rear mounted. The dual rear antennas, which were an option, are manually adjusted up and down. Most 56Js I have seen came with a single antenna on the left front fender; about half of those were manual, and half were, "internally controlled". The internally controlled ones are actually manual, in that you must manually rotate a knob in order to raise or lower the antenna.

The only Studebaker power antenna that I am aware of is the vacuum powered accessory antenna for the 1950.
