    Can you paint the internal surfaces - non machined - on the Studebaker V8?
    My 259 V8 engine block is out for cleaning and boring, got a look at it Friday and it is all cleaned up with no more red paint on the cast surfaces.
    Should I repaint it before assembly?
    What paint should I use?
    Should I condition the metal before paint - phosphoric acid etch?

      Thanks JDP - Yikes that is expensive. Maybe a good chapter project to share on ten rebuilds amongst the members........then its only $6.00 apiece....
