Not as much as we'd like and not as much as they should.Had yours not been cut and altered, given it's condition, less than 2K. Since it's been cut and altered, less than 1K.
In perfectly restored condition, 17K and probably much more. As a beautifully redesigned and executed street rod it could be anyone's guess.

Lots of Rockne photos here:
http://theantiquestudebakerclub.com/rockne/rockne.htm
The 1932 Model 75 was a larger Rockne, sharing much Studebaker sheetmetal. It does not have the V through the center of the grill.
The smaller 1932 Model 65 and 1933 Model 10 were the original Vail-Cole design. The 1932 can be identified by the flat top on the front fenders. The 1933 front fenders were sculpted to meet the bottom of the grill. The 1932 body was lengthened by 2 1/2" for more leg room and ran 17" wheels rather than the 18" wheels on the '32. This also made the '33 one inch lower. Many folks, myself included, believe the longer, lower body and the fender sweep make the 1933 a more attractive design.

I can see you are new to the forum, but you can just hit the reply button and keep posting on the same thread instead of making a lot of new threads. It is confusing.

Richard Quinn is the best person to identify it. His email address is: rtq11@aol.com.
It looks similar to this Rockne as Rockne10 said on your other post.
This one claims to be a 31 coupe, but the rear window and details are different..
