seriously, I far prefer the pressure bleeder to a vacuum bleeder.
have you tried simply pumping the brake pedal a few times to get the juices flowing? shouldn't be any danger of wiping out the MC seals if the MC is brand new. Put a short length of tubing over the bleeder screw that you have open when you do this, it will keep the brake fluid from running down your nicely painted backing plates and wheels.
