I am pretty sure its different then the later cars. You can check
the Grant website or send them an email to see if they carry it. My
dad bought a '69 Avanti II years ago the steering wheel was actually
falling apart. I helped it along by removing all the plastic to
leave the inner hub/spline. Then we chose a steering wheel that we
liked (later we realized it was too small - so chose wisely) and I
used the original hub as an adapter by drilling holes for the Grant
steering wheel to fit. Later, Grant started selling a Stude adapter.
So if you can not find one, and your steering wheel its in REALLY bad
shape like my dads was, you have another option.

'63 Avanti, zinc plated drilled & slotted 03 Mustang Cobra 13" front disc/98 GT rear brakes, 03 Cobra 17" wheels, GM alt, 97 Z28 leather seats, soon: 97 Z28 T-56 6-spd, Ported heads w/SST full flow valves, 'R3' 276 cam, Edelbrock AFB Carb, GM HEI distributor, 8.8mm plug wires
'63 Avanti R1, '03 Mustang Cobra 13" front disc/98 GT rear brakes, 03 Cobra 17" wheels, GM alt, 97 Z28 leather seats, TKO 5-spd, Ported heads w/SST full flow valves.

After you go through the hassel of removing the wheel measure the splines and their number. The later cars used 13/16" X 36 spline. Same as early GM power steering. Just for my curiousity and I might be able to steer you in the right direction to find the Grant numbers.
