Paul E. Hobbs

Paul Ellsworth Hobbs, 81, of Sharon, New Hampshire passed away January 7, 2015 after a brief illness.
Paul was born in Bangor Maine on August 28, 1933. After Paul served in the U S Army he moved to
Lanccaster, PA to attend Bowmans Technical School to study to become a jeweler and while there he
met and married the love of his life, Marjorie Boyd in 1959. They settled in New Hampshire where they
opened Hobbs Jewelers which the ran for 50 years.
Paul had a smile that would light up a room when he entered. Paul and Marjorie enjoyed all the Chapters
activities especially the spring and fall tours in their beautiful 56 Silver Hawk. Paul, you will be missed by all.

My condolences on the loss.

Since there is no such Studebaker as a "56 Silver Hawk", I checked my SDC Roster. It shows Paul as owning a 1956 Sky Hawk. That is one of my favorite Studebakers (second only to a 1953 Commander Starliner).
