  • Bob Glasscock

As has sadly been reported on the Forum in this thread, our friend Bob Glasscock passed away on November 6th when the airplane he was flying crashed on landing at the Anadarko Municipal Airport in Oklahoma. He contributed an awful lot to the Studebaker hobby, and was an invaluable part of the moderating team here.

Our hearts go out to his brother Richard, who has registered here with the handle rglasscock.

Bob will be sorely missed here.

I've been reviewing threads started by Bob. Just plain good. Fly like the wind, Bob.

I did the same thing. To me...it revealed a very genuine person, comfortable in his own skin...not afraid to reveal his faults, eager to assist others, and a wonderful sense of humor. How 'bout his thread about the "e" napper!

I believe that spirits like his...unencumbered with the constraints of this dimension...twinkle the stars of heaven. Bob, your discarded body may rest in peace, but may your soul ... soar like an eagle.
