  • Ron Hochhalter

Ron Hochhalter from Sunnyside Washington passed Monday, July 19, age 74. Ron was very active in Studebakers since high school, and met his wife DeAnn at Sunnyside high because she drove a Studebaker like he did! Ron was a member of the Central Washington SDC chapter and had served as President and Vice President. The Hochhalter’s have owned a body shop for years, and Ron spearheaded the restoration of Avanti 001 that is currently at LeMay’s museum in Tacoma.
Ron was also active in the community serving on several boards as well as being a volunteer firefighter for over 20 years.
