I agree. I don't want anyone to know where I live! (That's why I sign my name Vegas Paul, when I REALLY work/live in North Las Vegas!) Fools 'em every time.

I have to admit that my tag line reads "Perkinsville, AZ"
which use to be a rail stop for the railroad to use the
water tank to get some water in their boilers....that all
changed with the advent of diesel and when Hollywierd blew
the tank up in "How the West Was Won"...my PO BOX is in
Chino Valley, AZ which is alot easier to find on the map.

These folks are probably worried they're gonna start getting "junk mail" from SDC - pestering them to join.

No deceptive flags to prove I'm patriotic - no biblical BS to impress - just ME and Studebakers - as it should be.

I suspect there are a lot of reasons. Some people probably haven't visited their profile since they joined, others may value their privacy and others simply want to post to the forum without anyone really knowing who or where they are. However, it certainly would be nice for the "anonymous" posters to give us a clue as to where they are when they offer something for sale or pass along leads for others.
