Test drove a used ‘63 326 LeMans in Manton Michigan, fall of ‘67, what a disappointment, that crappy excuse for a shifter fell apart within the first mile. No sale.

      Jessie,
It was, many years ago, in my 1972 Hurst Olds Indy Pace Car Convertible. Now it is just a very expensive boat anchor on an engine stand.

Same with my 2x4 Weiand equipped 390 Cad. Got it for my '62 Lark which I have owned even longer.
The everyday demands of 'life' have thus far pretty well constrained my automotive hobby to being a dreamer, a collector of tools, Studebaker's, and hoarder of rare and obsolete parts.
No regret though, being crazy has sufficed to keep me looking forward, and (somewhat) sane.
