I'd drive it if I was a Shriner! A lot of these cars are built to show case the talents and skills of the builder, shop, mechanic etc and are intended to be out there to promote comments and get reactions. Ultimately it is recognition, prestige and intended to drive business to their way.

It has some great lines! Sort of the opposite of anything I would want to own but it is a gas looking at it!

I'd drive that in a heartbeat ! Just think of the funny comments, amazed kids, and the parade days you could get ..... Plus, with that engine, looks like it would scoot too ! Of course, we drive an old 63 Austin Mini that's painted up with red, white and blue flames and stars, so my lean toward weird stuff comes naturally. It's fun being the town's "clown car" driver and I bet this would bring in a whole new batch of commenters, ha !

A co-worker and I were discussing this car earlier this morning and the first question we both thought of was. . . why? What was going through the mind of the person who conjured this thing up? And they have $200K - $300K in it thus far. I do not like to criticize other people's work or ideas. All I say again is. . . why?
