Any one have experience with Tuxedo CR 3000? It seems to be sold under several brands for varying prices. I was hoping to use this on the Speedster restore. When I did the Avanti, I just blasted on the lift. Had to power wash the shop and am still cleaning up.

That is the same style as we used on our 64 GT, it was easy to use once body was mounted. One person could rotate if needed but much easier with two. What I didn’t see was any bracing for door openings included. Guess a guy could fabricate them.
    It is an addiction!

I just purchased one from pro lift. I included all the adapters, the door braces as well as the all terrain wheel kit. Hopefully, it will do the job. I will post pictures when it comes and I get body on it.

If you are inclined to build your own, here’s a pretty great set of plans I’ve had for years

Thought about building one. However, when I started adding up cost of materials ... Additionally, while I am a fair welder, I am not sure I would trust my welds on heavy structural steel. In any case, the one I ordered is about $1,600 delivered to freight terminal near me. That price includes all attachments, door braces, and larger wheels (10") so I can easily move the assembly around. The larger wheels should allow me to use this as a body cart so I can transport to blaster and painter.
The capacity is 3,000 lbs so I should be good as I estimate that a gutted 'K' shell weighs less than 1,000 lbs. It should be here soon so I can get back to work.

Picked up the rotisserie a couple days ago. It took 3 hours to assemble. As is usual for Chinese stuff, the instructions are abysmal. There are only a few pictures and words that describe the assembly process. Fortunately, they included a parts diagram. Unfortunately, the names of the parts did not match the scant instructions. However, by using the directions, the parts diagram, and a lot of intuition, I got it assembled. The only problem I had is that one of the mounting pads for the casters was off. A little work with a rat tail file took care of that . I will post pictures of the finished product when I can access a computer. I plan on mounting the frame tonight after it cools down
I have no idea how to mount the body yet.
