  • Car & Driver Pages

I just finished reading my May 2019 Car and Driver magazine. There are no pages between 028 and 033. Do others have this condition or are they just missing in mine? I have written to C&D, but who knows when or if I will hear from them.

I was pleasantly surprised. This morning I heard from a lady at Car and Driver who said that she would send me a replacement issue.

I am probably one of few that would even notice these four pages missing. It is not like a story was interrupted. That is one reason that I asked others to check their issues.

It sounds like a few companys still care about public service. Glad you got it taken care of.

I've had similar things happen through the years with magazines and never had a bad experience.

In some of these magazines, several 'back to back' pages are only high end ads so, are not missed much.

Yes, but if the pages are not there, one does not know what is missing.

Hopefully, the 'missing pages' aren't all going to be ads.

It's a 4 page ad for Cunard Cruise Lines. Just checked my copy.

If there were ads on the missing pages they don't want their paying advertisers to think they might be getting short changed on their advertising expenditures.
