      Back in the old daze, some tires used to have a small paint dot on the sidewall. This dot marked the lightest part of the tire, degree-wise. the idea was to put the dot adjacent to the tire valve so the extra weight of the valve would offset the light part of the tire, to some extent.

      I have observed some tire mounters ignore the dot entirely.

            Now I am ready to get my car on the road lol.... I am so ready to take her out and enjoy the open road... But I know the time will come... Love the Truck! It is so nice to see so many Studebakers still on the road!
