If only I could afford them! I have often wondered if WWW were used by this time frame - now I know! Thanks, StudeRich!

That is a REALLY beautiful car, and the first pic is of course amazing, but what else would you expect from Craig Parslow! His are THE most professional I have ever seen! [^]

Just my own opinion here...this car could only look better, if it had the correct Firestone repro Wide White Walls! I know they are over the top too expensive, so the narrow whites while you can get them, would be a good alternative, it would be so much more in line with it's REGAL character! The black tires make it look too much like a cheapie Fire Chief car!

Thanks guys. I just happened across her on Ebay of all places - and she was up in Beaverton, so I got to drive up and meet her in person. There was a little rust at the bottom of the pillars - most of it was above the headliner. I have brought her back to her build sheet, although I will be changing a couple of things - added the hood ornament, and eventually putting on a 4 barrel and twin pipes. Right now all I need is to get the seats rebuilt. I have all the vinyl in the right colors, just need to get it all to a shop when the credit card is paid back down Exterior is Blaze Red, interior is Brown Vinyl Metallic - looks very nice together when new! Yeah, the door panels and B-pillar covers are correct for the Regal, has the chrome strips in all the right places.

I like your Lark. It is similar to our first 1961 Lark. My wife Cathy's everyday car from about 1963 to 1966 was a 1961 Lark Regal four door with V8 and AT.
It also did not have the optional hood ornament and I did not install one even though you could buy them NOS for very little at that time.
Your Lark is the Regal series, not a Deluxe with dual headlights. Being a Regal, it has those rare C-pillar emblems. I think that they are harder to find than 1961 Lark taillights. At least the taillights were common to all 1961 models, whereas those C-pillar emblems were only used on Regal four door sedans (IIRC).

The first one was taken by Craig Parslow at the CanAm Zone meet, the other two by me with my cell phone at a rest stop near Portland, Or - still turned out okay, I think.

1961 Lark VIII 4D with Flight-o-matic and 3:73 rear end, split-back bench seat, AM push-button radio with reel-type antenna. 87203 original miles when I picked her up. The only item I have added is the Lark hood emblem, still an option in 61.
